A luxury hotel renovation inside inherited historic fabric.

Four Seasons identifies the building, designed by Mimar Kemaleddin Bey, as a notable example of Turkish neoclassical architecture.

The hotel closed for a comprehensive renovation in 2020 and reopened in 2022. ARKE’s current portfolio associates the company with this renovation project.
